Return Conditions

At Arteonn.com, we are committed to manufacturing and shipping high-quality products that meet your expectations. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may sometimes require a product return. We have established the following return policy to ensure a transparent and satisfactory experience for our customers.
1. Return Conditions:
- Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
2. Return Process:
Before returning a product, please contact our customer service at contact@arteonn.com to register your return and receive return instructions. Do not send products back without contacting our services beforehand.
Carefully package the product in its original packaging with all necessary precautions.
Include a copy of the purchase invoice and return information provided by our services with the package.
3. Return Fees:
Return fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or there is an error on our part in the shipment.
4. Refund:
Refunds will be issued within 20 days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
5. Defective or Damaged Products:
In case of a damaged poster upon receipt, please contact us upon delivery or within 48 hours to arrange a replacement or refund.
A damaged poster upon delivery must be documented with photos/videos WHILE STILL IN ITS SEALED PACKAGING! NEVER REMOVE THE PACKAGING (plastic blister) TO ASSESS DEFECTS ON THE POSTER!
To do so: contact customer service at the email address contact@arteonn.com and proceed with the required verifications (photos/videos of the defect).
6. Exchanges:
We currently do not accept product exchanges. If you want a different product, please return the original product and place a new order.
7. Exception:
Customized or final sale products are not eligible for return, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
